Job Description:

The QA Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing manual and automated test plans. You will have the opportunity to join a young, dynamic, fast growing Quality Assurance team dedicated to building a world-class organization at one of the fastest growing companies in NYC. We’re looking for somebody with a real passion for the software quality assurance process.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Create test plans and test cases

Execute manual and automated test cases

Develop SQL statements to execute back-end validations

Participate in product requirement and technical meetings

Report testing status to technology and business teams

Review issues submitted by other teams and provide additional information as necessary

Provide support to the Customer Service organization

Meet with engineering and product teams to understand site functionality

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in software quality assurance in a web-based environment

1+ years of experience in automated testing

Proficient in SQL

Excellent oral, written, presentation and diagnosis skills

This position reports to our VP of Engineering in our New York offices.
